These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 883vc ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://883vc.cam. They govern all access to and use of the 883vc website, mobile-optimised interface, software, products, promotional offers, customer support services and any other features made available through the Platform.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus or placing a wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between this English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

The following terms carry the meanings set out below throughout this Agreement:

To register and maintain an Account on 883vc, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as may be required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction or by the laws applicable to you.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, and you are not on any self-exclusion register that would prohibit your access.
• You have not previously had an Account on the Platform that was suspended or closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent or immediate family member of an employee of 883vc or any of its affiliated companies or technology providers.

Each User may hold only one Account on the Platform. Multiple account registration ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated Accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

883vc reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photographic identification (e.g., CNIC, passport, driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of wallet, redacted bank statement).
• Source-of-funds documentation for high-value transactions or where required by compliance procedures.

Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality suspended until all required documentation is submitted and approved. 883vc is not liable for any delay in processing withdrawals where KYC documentation has not been provided.

883vc accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction. Payment methods referenced for Pakistani users include, without limitation, Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT where supported. The mention of these providers does not imply their endorsement of or affiliation with gambling activity. Users must independently verify the terms of each payment provider.

5.1 Deposits

• All funds deposited must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• 883vc does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. Check your provider's terms before transacting.
• Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your Account, or to a verified account in your own name.
• All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. Requests submitted before KYC is complete will be held pending documentation.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing windows are specified in the cashier and may vary by method.
• 883vc reserves the right to perform additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request, particularly for high-value transactions.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only Real Money Funds (and bonus-derived winnings that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements) are eligible for withdrawal.

883vc may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions and other incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published with each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall apply to that promotion only.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds and free-spin winnings must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable multiplier is stated in each offer.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a wagering requirement is active, the maximum permitted single bet or spin is as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live casino games may contribute a reduced percentage. Contribution rates are published in promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and free-spin awards expire within the period stated in the relevant offer, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of credit. Expired bonuses are forfeited without exception.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus offer may be active on an Account at any given time.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain bonuses carry a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. This cap is specified in each promotion's terms.

883vc reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Any attempt to exploit promotions through systematic wagering patterns, abuse of multiple accounts or other means constitutes a violation of these Terms.

All sports bets and casino wagers placed on the Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant product, sport or game. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing any wager.

• Bets are accepted and settled at the odds or game outcomes displayed at the time the wager is confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed except where the Platform's specific rules for a game or market expressly permit it.
• 883vc reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that has been offered in error, including manifest pricing errors.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or casino game, the result recorded by the relevant official body or, in the case of casino games, the Platform's server logs, shall be final and binding.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event, market and game type and are displayed in the relevant section of the Platform. 883vc reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual user at its discretion.
• Bets placed on Pakistan cricket matches, PSL games, ICC tournaments and other cricket events are subject to all applicable cricket betting rules including the treatment of abandoned matches, weather interruptions and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or using false, borrowed or third-party identity details.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in collusion with other users, including coordinating bets, sharing account access or communicating information to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from a technical error are not payable and will be voided.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any unlawful financial activity.
• Charging back, reversing or disputing deposits in bad faith after funds have been used to place wagers.
• Harassing, abusing or threatening 883vc staff or other users through any channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where your access constitutes a breach of local law, if you have been notified of such restriction.

883vc is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing users with the tools and information they need to stay in control of their gaming activity. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial hardship or emotional distress.

The following responsible gambling controls are available to all registered users, with immediate effect and at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Wager Limits: Restrict the total amount you can bet within a set timeframe.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications at defined intervals during an active session.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily pause your Account for a defined period without full closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account. Self-exclusion requests are acted upon immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, game assets, software, data compilations and the overall layout and appearance of the Platform — is the intellectual property of 883vc or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, modify, translate, create derivative works from or distribute any content from the Platform.
• Use any data mining, scraping, crawling or similar data-gathering tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror the Platform on any other website or server without prior written authorisation.
• Use the 883vc name, logo or branding in any manner that could imply endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship without written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 883vc, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service failures, internet outages, force majeure events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your Account credentials or from your use of the Platform in breach of these Terms.
• The accuracy, completeness or timeliness of odds, game information or promotional content displayed on the Platform, where errors arise from technical faults or third-party data feeds.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 883vc makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

883vc reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• 883vc reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other unlawful conduct.
• KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable period following a request.
• A User has initiated an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal.
• Continued operation of the Account would expose 883vc to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.

Upon closure of an Account for cause, 883vc may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where closure is without cause at 883vc's discretion, any verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the User via the original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to KYC completion.

Users may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure is subject to any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses being cleared or the relevant bonus being forfeited.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 883vc holds its operating licence. Users are advised to check the Platform's current licensing details for the applicable jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute regarding a wager, game outcome or account matter, Users must first contact 883vc customer support to seek resolution through the Platform's internal complaints procedure. 883vc will endeavour to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, it may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority or an approved alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body where available under the applicable regulatory framework.

883vc reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via the Platform (e.g., a notice banner or email to your registered address) prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last updated.
